Our Team

I’m Victor Koen, the owner of the Back Door – a small local restaurant with traditional southern cuisine located in the south of Mississippi. I inherited it from my father who, in turn, inherited it from his father, too.
If you ask me: “How did you run this business?” I’ll answer:
– Well, I was always loving it! For years, I was working with my friends and family and it makes me more enjoyable since we shared the same vision. Besides, I love meeting people every day and making them a little bit happier. Now, I’m not doing so well because of covid-19, but I believe in my work team and hope for the best!

Hi, I’m Brady Krause, a woman and a refrigerator repairman. People are always surprised when I tell them what I do for a living. But it’s not as strange to me because I studied electrical engineering at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Now, instead of fixing electric motors and generators, I fix refrigerators! Every day is different in the world of appliance repair, but my favorite part is learning new things about how they work.
I have an adorable French bulldog named Mickey, who is currently taking little interest in anything other than food and treats (although she will kiss you if that’s all she can get). I also love roses in all their forms, especially those that are blooming outside my office window!
